We offer HOUSING SOLUTIONS for the CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING OF HOMES AND BUILDINGS for various INTERMEDIARY ENTITIES (Cooperatives, Mutuals, Associations, Unions, Municipalities, Provinces, States), primarily for all FAMILIES OF THE ARMED FORCES AND SECURITY PERSONNEL residing throughout the country, who meet the conditions established by our HOUSING OPERATION 'REALIDAD'.

Construction and Financing of Housing and Buildings

Specialists agree that it is not only necessary to evaluate a LOT from the perspective of its construction possibilities. It is essential to analyze the NEIGHBORHOOD, ACCESSIBILITY, ORIENTATION, AND THE ENVIRONMENT. Considering all the previously mentioned aspects, construction can take place throughout the ARGENTINE REPUBLIC.

First-rate mortgage loans covering 70% of the value of the homes

"COOPERATIVA 'ODAP' provides the concept, builds the homes, and finances 70% of their value. It partners with one or more investors who provide the land. Once the homes are delivered and the first-grade mortgages for 70% of their value are established, and according to the capital contributed by each investor, the transfer of first-grade mortgages is carried out.

The mortgage payments are all deducted from payroll receipts, thus providing complete security for the investors.
